POSITION : Head Nurse

DESCRIPTION

• Must understand and effect clinical governance
• Responsible for organizing, monitoring and coordinating the team, also ensuring that organizational goals are met.

Requirements

• Preferably female 40yrs - 52yrs
• Minimum of (RN) Registered Nurse and (RM) Registered Midwife
• 10 years progressive managerial experience in a dynamic and progressive medical organization
• Leadership capabilities in developing others and strong executive presence.

Salary
Attractive salary with official car after a probationary period of 6 months.
