POSITION : Freelance Real Estate Executive

 Description

This role demands that you aren’t afraid of working long hours and that you are confident in whatever you set out to achieve in life. You will be dealing with everyone from first time buyers, to high net worth individuals, so you’ll need to be comfortable dealing with people at every level. This is a real estate executive role that requires the highest standards of professionalism, persuasiveness, and a strong communication skill.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
  • Prospect high profile clientele and market company’s product to them
  • Provide guidance and adequate marketing information to prospects
  • Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Conduct site inspections for clients in conjunction with the management

Requirements

  •  2 years working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
  • Proven track of successful sales record
  • Pleasant and trustworthy
  • Ms. Office familiarity
