Pal Pensions a Pension Funds Administrator is recruiting for the below position

POSITION :  Branding and Communication Intern

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory
  • Keep records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another location
  • Update database of digital records
  • Create and add material to hard copy files as needed for record keeping
  • Ensure timely payment for vendors
  • Help with timely event set-up and organization
  • Ensure that documents are properly filed, handled and documented
  • Ensure that items in the store are properly kept, disbursed and adequately accounted for.
  • Check inventory records for accuracy
  • Follow up with getting quotes from vendors

Skills

  • Be organized and methodical
  • Can work well under pressure
  • Be energetic and passionate about the product
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Computer Literate
  • Good interpersonal skills
