Five3nigerialimited a repentable firm is in urgent need of a call centre agent,candidate will answer phones to respond to orders, general customer inquires, invoice questions, and customer complaints. Project a professional company image through phone interaction.

  RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
  2. Provide customers with product and service information.
  3. Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
  4. Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.
  5. Complete call logs and reports.
  6. Research billing issues.
  7. Research misapplied payments.
  8. Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
  9. Recommend process improvements.
  10. Other duties as assigned.
  11. Provide on-the-job training for new employees.

  13. SKILL REQUIREMENTS
  14.  B.Sc/ Diploma 
  15. Require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 30 wpm. Qualified and interested applicant MUST be a Lagos resident.
