An exciting opportunity is available in one of our office as a Client Services Officer / Receptionist who is passionate about providing exceptional client service.
We seek an experienced multi-tasker who can confidently manage a busy switchboard and reception desk, in addition to a diverse range of client focussed duties. You will be responsible for the following:
• Reception - including switchboard, incoming and outgoing mail, client greeting and hospitality
• Records – liaison with our records management provider and internal staff for all records queries / needs
• Building Maintenance & Security – including access pass registration and any building maintenance issues / queries. Acts as liaison with Building Manager and any third party providers, i.e. trades
• Database maintenance
You will have excellent communication skills, outstanding attention to detail and a strong service delivery focus. You will have developed time management skills, are highly dependable and an efficient multi tasker.
Applicant should be a Lagos resident.
