JC Technology Concepts an indigenous ICT maintenance firm is recruiting for the below position :
POSITION : Assistant Head of Finance/Internal Audit Control
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the preparation of other key financial analytical reports for management Responsible for processing accounts payable and accounts receivables for the company
- Maintain all records of taxation activities including tax liabilities and payments and provide adequate proof of remittances for tax audit exercises
- Process staff loans and personal advances
- Prepare client billing schedule and submit invoices to clients
- Respond to internal and third-party inquires regarding payments processing.
- Ensure accuracy of computations on salary schedule
- Review requests and supporting documents to ensure validity, accuracy, and completeness
- Establish chart of accounts and complete posting of the Company’s inventory in accordance with agreed standards
- Prepare annual and quarterly audits.
- Responsible for preparing daily bookkeeping
- The Accountant must prepare bi-weekly and monthly financial statements
- Ensure proper books of accounts are kept and adequate records of financial transactions are maintaine
Qualification
- A HND/B.Sc
- A graduate of a reputable institution
- 1 year post-NYSC relevant professional experience in accounting, or audit related functions
- Advanced usage of Peachtree and Microsoft Excel a MUST
- Membership of ICAN, ACCA or CPA will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Business Writing
Remuneration
Salary Range: N180,000 - N200,000 per month
