JOB TITLE: SENIOR PROJECT ANALYST
JOB LOCATION: NIGERIA
A fast growing indigenous upstream Oil Service provider with offices in Lagos and PH is expanding her operations due to business growth.
The company requires the services of a Senior Project Analyst in their Port Harcourt Office.
JOB PURPOSES:
Supervising the Compilation of bids and collection of projects data and also the planning and analysis and management of projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervises the preparation of bids/proposals.
- Reviews ALL tender documents and supervises compilation of materials required for bids.
- Ensures the preparation of pre-qualification bids with standard company information.
- Puts together technical bids.
- Consolidates and compiles commercial bids.
- Oversees the electronic control of documents.
- Ensures a copy of each bid quotation is submitted on time and placed on file.
- Development of work plans and proposals for project improvement process.
- Enforces project deadlines and schedules.
- Consistently applies project standards.
- Ensures multiple tasks are prioritized effectively.
- Overseas the implementation of the full components of fiscally running a project successfully.
- Ensures the documentation and analyses of required information data.
- Ensures that project outcomes are achieved.
- Maintains project equipment and assets list.
- Ensures up to date certification of assets at all times.
- Oversees the issuance of equipment to projects.
- Oversees the issuance of personnel to projects.
- Oversees the collation of project documents e.g progress and highlight reports, incident reports, etc.
- Oversees the issuance of PPE for projects.

The individual must have the following
- Minimum qualification – HND/ B.SC
- Minimum 3 years cognate experience in bid packaging and project management.
- Must have an eye for details and be meticulous
- Good leadership skill.
- An understanding of MS Project or Primavera is an added advantage
