POSITION : Sales Representatives 

Responsibilities

• Pick up samples from hospitals ensure timely delivery to the laboratory
• Identify new hospitals/business opportunities for sample collection
• Liaise with client services officers and other staff to resolve client issues
• Identify new hospitals/business opportunities for sample collection
• Meet target number of doctors/laboratory personnel daily
• Ensures the achievement of targeted sample volume
• Control costs of maintenance, repair, replacement, and fleet related expenses
• Effectively handle all client requests and ensure that clients receive fast, efficient and courteous service
• Maintain relevant documentation for dispatched items
• Prepare and submit weekly activity log book
• Responsible for daily maintenance of motorcycle, documentation and technical trouble shooting as required
• Comply with health and safety policies and ensure safety always
• Appropriately handle all pathology specimens in accordance with the organisations Safety SOP’s

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
• OND in any discipline
• Ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Good written and spoken communication
• Good customer service skills
• Results Driven.
• Problem Solving
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Team Player
• Good interpersonal skills
