POSITION : Project Manager

Description

The Senior Project Manager has overall responsibility for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of the construction project.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate all activities
• Oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation.
• Confers with supervisory personnel to discuss such matters as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
• Directs and supervises workers on construction site to ensure project meets specification.
• Formulates reports concerning such areas as work progress, costs, and scheduling.

Requirements

• BSc or BTech Construction Management or equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in construction management
• 6-7 years relevant experience in managing construction works
• Have the confidence to communicate on all levels and have team leading skills
