POSITION : Transportation Coordinator

The Transportation Coordinator will be responsible for completing the day to day functions within transportation for inbound load planning. The Transportation Coordinator will report to the Inbound Transportation Manager. 

Responsibilities

 

  • Vendor /Communication
  • Inbound load planning for vendor orders
  • Training
  • Monitor all loads
  • Data entry of shipping information
  • Research / Resolve invoice issues
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures consistently
  • Facilitates the flow of merchandise.  

Qualifications

  • 0-1 year of Transportation / Logistics
  • B.Sc/HND/OND
  • Problem solver
  • Detail Oriented
  • Self-Start
  • Strong Communication
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Understanding of transportation in a retail environment a plus
