POSITION : Plant Manager
Responsibilities
- Organize the monthly follow-up and strict adherence to the maintenance budget
- Manage and organize the required number of shifts based on the yearly factory production budget
- Achieve the best possible machine efficiency with the lowest possible level of stoppages, optimizing production capacity at all time of the production lines
- Ensure that finished products leaving factory comply at all time and consistently to quality specifications defined by the company.
- Enforce and assure that safety standards are always fully implemented within the factory
- Responsible for managing the labor force per production unit
- Organize maintenance interventions for ordering necessary internal & external services and required parts within yearly budget
Qualifications
- Degree, or M.sc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 5 years cognate experience in related industry
