POSITION : Maintenance Manager
Responsibilities
- Minimize plant down time by developing and overseeing the implementation of effective breakdown management system
- Prepare report, analyze data and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems
- Establish and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts and maintenance history of plant equipment
- Manage the maintenance of plant and equipment
- Significantly improve plant performance and reliability
- Coordinate all maintenance and engineering activities within a large scale, complex and defined area
- Define, implement and manage a risk based maintenance strategy to meet business safety, environmental, financial and operational objectives at minimum cost and in the safest manner
- Reduce material wastage
Qualification
- Minimum of 2nd class lower in first degree (B.Sc./HND Mechanical/Food Engineering or Applied Engineering)
- 5+ years' experience in maintenance management role
