CCharles Resources Limited an indigenous ICT firm is recruiting to fill the position below:

POSITION : Support Supervisor/ Team Lead

Requirements

  • B.Sc/HND in Computer Science /Engineering or related field
  • 2- 5 years’ experience with POS/ATM/ end user support
  • Knowledge of windows 7 and Microsoft office application.
  • Excellent communication skills, very assertive with good initiatives
  • Certification in ITIL, A+, MCDST,MCP, N+ an added advantage
  • Knowledge of IT hardware/Network – monitoring, Troubleshooting and support.
  • Good and thorough knowledge of Microsoft office suites especially EXCEL
  • Must have good interpersonal relationship and supervisory skills
