CCharles Resources Limited an indigenous ICT firm is recruiting to fill the position below:

POSITION : Help Desk Support Officer

Requirements

  • B.Sc/H.ND/OND in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Electronics Engineering and any related discipline.
  • 1 year experience in an IT firm and good knowledge/experience of IT Solutions and services.
  • Certifications in A+, MCP,N+,ITIL an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of windows 7, Microsoft office applications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to work anywhere in the country and travel at short notice
