Responsibilities
Managing resort operations and training staff.
Ensure procedures and standards are followed.
Cordination between different departments of resort
Ensuring all facilities & services are in order at resort
Ensure proper cleanliness and hygiene standards
Organizing staff duty schedules and looking out their welfare and monitoring the resort expenses and checking resort accounts
Requirements and Skills
Ability to manage a resort
Have strong leadership skills
Have excellent communications & management skills
Have good administrative and organizational skills
Minimum Qualification Requirements
B.Sc/HND in business management or related field.
Minimum Experience 1 year
