Ocheph Consulting Limited an ICT and Electrical & Instrumentation Services company invites applications from from qualified candidates for a 3 year Project 

POSITION : Information Management Service Expert - 10 slots

Responsibilities 

  • Documentation Revision management
  • Technical queries and actions tracking
  • Reporting and monitoring documentation status if required by customer
  • Compliance with Client’s document management policies on;
  • Document archiving,
  • Retention and controlled (scheduled) disposal
  • Document planning
  • Document numbering
  • Receipt formatting
  • Filing structure and registration
  • Document distribution
  • Develop and deliver data control procedures
  • Define data specification
  • Data manipulation such as data cleansing and ‘scraping’ (extraction from documents).
  • Data management such as collection, validation and integration from various sources plus import, export of data to variety of systems, including SAP

Skills

  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years’ experience.
  • SPF (SmartPlant Foundation) & VTL (Validation Transformation Loading)
  • ASSAI Document Management and Control
  • Microsoft SharePoint Server
