Kingken Investment Company Limited is recruiting to fill the position below: 

POSITION : Receptionist/Sales Executive

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming telephone calls, ensuring calls are handled appropriately or documented and redirected.
  • Ensure up-to-date maintenance of computerized records - including correct filing of results and letters.
  • Receive incoming mail, process and distribute as appropriate
  • Must be able to generate leads and make sales when required.
  • Be a competent member of the reception and maintaining a good working knowledge thereby adding to the efficient and smooth running of the practice.

Requirements

  • B.Sc in any relevant field.
  • Good communication skills.
  • General knowledge on the use of microsoft word, excel and powerpoint.
  • Basic knowledge of coreldraw will be an added advantage.
