- Have ability to develop strategy to exceed company’s sales target
- Ability to implement long term strategy
- Understand the affordable housing sector
Requirements
- Have field marketing experience in insurance, multi level network marketing, banking & finance
- Able to create a marketing system that recruits, train, develop and inspire marketers to achieve maximum result
- Mave multi level marketing idea of sales through human capacity development
- Able to drive sales force to achieve sales goals
- Basic knowledge or Degree in the field of Architecture or Survey
- A Real Estate Development experience is an added advantage
- Marketing Manager
- Willing to do industry research of how other leading players develop their module of business.
