Vitalysis Group - We are into Pharmaceuticals, Hospital & Healthcare services including International Trade and Strategic business consulting. We are recruiting to fill the below vacancy : 

POSITION : Sales Operations Manager

 Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage Sales Operations for Nigeria ,to ensure PG meets sell through and sell out targets
  • Perform daily channel partner account reconciliation with Re distributors
  • New Outlet addition
  • Check stock in channel partner/retailer warehouse and record daily update on channel inventory and replenish where ever required
  • Organize and track weekly activities of Sales team and Supervisors of Promoter Agency
  • Announce any trade promos, new products, etc.
  • Supervise hiring of new promoters
  • Will head a Sales Team
  • Build direct relationship with Channel Partner and also monitor operational excellence with the sales team
  • Record Sales Team performance against pre-determined KPI’s
  • Address channel partner/retailer concerns or complaints and document issues for further resolution
  • Manage collection
  • Lead sales excellence training and create monthly job reviews for Sales Team ,Promoter Supervisors and Promoters.
  • Monthly Sell Through and Sell Out Tgt.
