POSITION : Sales Operations Manager
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage Sales Operations for Nigeria ,to ensure PG meets sell through and sell out targets
- Perform daily channel partner account reconciliation with Re distributors
- New Outlet addition
- Check stock in channel partner/retailer warehouse and record daily update on channel inventory and replenish where ever required
- Organize and track weekly activities of Sales team and Supervisors of Promoter Agency
- Announce any trade promos, new products, etc.
- Supervise hiring of new promoters
- Will head a Sales Team
- Build direct relationship with Channel Partner and also monitor operational excellence with the sales team
- Record Sales Team performance against pre-determined KPI’s
- Address channel partner/retailer concerns or complaints and document issues for further resolution
- Manage collection
- Lead sales excellence training and create monthly job reviews for Sales Team ,Promoter Supervisors and Promoters.
- Monthly Sell Through and Sell Out Tgt.
