Spazio Interior Decoration LLC is recruiting to fill the position below:

POSITION : Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and monitor schedule for the team on day to day basis.
  • Lead project works in Nigeria.
  • Ensuring team deliverables are met within required timeframes.
  • Be experienced in leading client presentations and be able to explain the creativity behind the idea well to clients.
  • Providing documentation, detailed instructions, drawings, sketches or specifications to the team, so that they may be drawn, fabricated, constructed, assembled and modified so as to be fit for purpose.
  • Should able to structure brief from client and propose design intent/concept
  • Experience in designing and delivering projects in an effective & timely manner.

Requirements

  • Experience working in real estate, interior design, constructing is an added advantage
  • Experience working with luxury brands is an added advantage
  • Fluently communicate in English (spoken & written)
