POSITION : Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor schedule for the team on day to day basis.
- Lead project works in Nigeria.
- Ensuring team deliverables are met within required timeframes.
- Be experienced in leading client presentations and be able to explain the creativity behind the idea well to clients.
- Providing documentation, detailed instructions, drawings, sketches or specifications to the team, so that they may be drawn, fabricated, constructed, assembled and modified so as to be fit for purpose.
- Should able to structure brief from client and propose design intent/concept
- Experience in designing and delivering projects in an effective & timely manner.
Requirements
- Experience working in real estate, interior design, constructing is an added advantage
- Experience working with luxury brands is an added advantage
- Fluently communicate in English (spoken & written)
