POSITION : Ecommerce Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Follow up on returns to ensure all returns are collected and logged back into the system
• Identify viable seller centres, establish and solidify relationship with them to ensure regular sales orders.
• Ensure Inventory turnaround within the given period
• Push aged stock by creating market for such products through the website, social media platforms and Seller centres.
• Ensure adequate stocking of top selling products by communicating such to head of department
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Meeting established Monthly Sales target by selling products and services
• Create and share one motivational / inspiration post every day
• Create a marketing template/ content every day for social media.
• Create minimum of two email marketing templates weekly.
• Regularly update the company social media platforms and create market for products featured on the platforms
• Increase company followership on all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) using creative campaign materials.
• Update company website daily and ensure website is active, refreshed and interactive
• Monitor the activities on the website and fulfil all purchases and transactions.
• Be alert online in/out of the office to monitor and respond to inquiries.
• Reduce response time with enquiries on social media platforms.
• Ensure the execution of all Online orders.
• Regularly update stock on all seller centres to avoid order cancellations.
• Facilitate the timely delivery of all online sales orders
• Ensure all items on current Price List are uploaded on the website and other E-stores.
