Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
Maintain inventory and coordinate with master baker for items to be in stock.
Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand.
Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards
Maintain costumer satisfaction.
Manage retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor.
Formulate pricing policies.
Ensure pricing is correct.
Ensure the displays doesn't run out of goods.
Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees.
Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.
Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
Qualifications :
HND in a relevant field
10 - 12 years relevant work
Organizational and Planning skills.
Interpersonal skill
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Experience managing stand alone outlets
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Problem-solving skills
