POSITION : Retail/Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate on-the-job performance.
  • Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
  • Maintain inventory and coordinate with master baker for items to be in stock.
  • Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand.
  • Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards
  • Maintain costumer satisfaction.
  • Manage retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor.
  • Formulate pricing policies.
  • Ensure pricing is correct.
  • Ensure the displays doesn't run out of goods.
  • Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees.
  • Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.
  • Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.

Qualifications :

  • HND in a relevant field
  • 10 - 12 years relevant work
  • Organizational and Planning skills.
  • Interpersonal skill
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Experience managing stand alone outlets
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Problem-solving skills
