POSITION : Admin Officer

Qualifications 

  •  HND or equivalent.
  • Ability to pay attention to details.
  • Good customer service orientation.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Possess good networking, marketing and sales skills.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Strong communication skills and people skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to remember bookings
  • Able to work with little or no supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanour at all times.
  • Make sure patients feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Communicate with your supervisor.
  • Sell office products.
  • Take stock of office inventory.
