POSITION : Procurement Officer
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related course.
- 2 years previous experience as procurement officer or related position.
- Experience in the use of ERP systems, Microsoft Navision will be a plus
- Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems
Responsibilities
- Follow procurement procedures, maintain an updated list of inventory and incoming purchases and supplies, and be responsible for approving purchases
- Monitors business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery times
- Nurtures relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for company
- Identifies and researches potential new suppliers.
- Oversee purchases and develop new contracts
- Procuring high-quality and cost-efficient supplies for our organization.
