A degree from a reputable institution in finance and/or accounting,
ICAN (ACA and or AAT) or its equivalent will be an added advantage
4 years working experience in a manufacturing environment,
Track record in project management and service administration
Knowledge of Sage 50 accounting software package will be an added advantage,
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
An analytical person, with deep understanding of accounting and costing principles.
Experience in Business Development will be a great advantage, and
Excellent communication skills are minimum requirement.
Age of the candidate is likely to be between 30 and 38 years; however, any person outside this range with strong credentials and experience could be considered.
Responsibilities
Maintaining an appropriate financial management framework to support the corporate objectives of the organisation.
The Accountant will report directly to the Managing Director.
Development of financial models for ensuring the attainment of corporate goals and objectives,
Oversee and manage the finance and accounting functions,
Ensure compliance with Regulatory Requirements.
