Independent Project Monitoring Company Limited is recruiting to fill the position below:

POSITION : Food and Beverage Manager

Qualifications

  • HND, B.Sc in Food Science & Technology or related field of studRelevant Experience:
  • 7 Years Post Qualification Experience.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry as Food & Beverage Manager
  • Ability to make productive decision
  • Strong understanding of business processes and functional interrelationships
  • Ability to project job growth
  • Good knowledge of Micros
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong administrative and Organizational skills
  • Overtime work hours
  • Ability to comprehend the extensive work operations and schedules

Responsibilities

  • Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising personnel
  • Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
  • Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and team work
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines, profits, and to the highest standards
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • Design exceptional menus, supervise purchase of food items and continuously make necessary improvements
  • Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
  • Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
