POSITION : Food and Beverage Manager
Qualifications
- HND, B.Sc in Food Science & Technology or related field of studRelevant Experience:
- 7 Years Post Qualification Experience.
- Experience in the hospitality industry as Food & Beverage Manager
- Ability to make productive decision
- Strong understanding of business processes and functional interrelationships
- Ability to project job growth
- Good knowledge of Micros
- Good communication skills
- Strong administrative and Organizational skills
- Overtime work hours
- Ability to comprehend the extensive work operations and schedules
Responsibilities
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising personnel
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
- Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and team work
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines, profits, and to the highest standards
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Design exceptional menus, supervise purchase of food items and continuously make necessary improvements
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
