JOB DESCRIPTION
We are a Real Estate and Property Conglomerate that requires the services of an experienced Property Lawyers with astute entrepreneurial skills. Under the direction of the Group Chief Executive the Property Lawyer will provide appropriate legal advice.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acquisition, compensation, financing of real estate to perfection of titles across Nigeria
• Preparation and registration of all the legal documents
• Dealing with title issues as they arise.
  
• Advise on contracts and procurement legislation, procedures and documents

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of Bachelors degree in Law
• LLM will be an added advantage
• Minimum 8 years post bar qualification
• Candidate preferred between 30 -39 years old

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 6 years experience in real estate and property law
• Thorough knowledge of property law and practice, contract documentation and litigation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office software
• Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills

JOB TITLE: PROPERTY MANAGER
JOB REF: PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain property across the country
• Maintain a concise inventory of total assets in terms of property
• Ensure rents are paid as and when due by tenants
• Ensure utilities bill are paid off as soon as they arrive
• Ensure Security of life and property
• Create a schedule of regular evaluation of the facilities
• Maintain utilities and communications infrastructure

QUALIFICATION

• Minimum of Bachelors degree in Engineering, Estate Management or other relevant field
• Candidate preferred: between 30 - 39 years old.
  

EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 8 years experience in estate management from a blue chip estate firm
Knowledge of Microsoft office software
