Position:
Electrical Supervisor (E&I)
Description:
Assist in implementing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
Report to ensure efficient maintenance within the BOPP production line comprising of Power house/All Electrical motors/All Electrical heaters/LT PCC/HT PCC/MCC/Fork lift
Handle shift activities like preventive and corrective maintenance for reduce breakdown and enter all activities in Daily log book and system.
Carry out planned maintenance on electrical systems and machinery to ensure efficient operation
Responsible for maintaining Minimum/Maximum reordering level of all Spare parts
Assist in managing and directing Contract Jobs when required
Assist in co-ordinating Budgets, Material and Human Capital needs
Prepare Monthly/Weekly/Daily Maintenance & Breakdown reports or others as per Management requirement
Check all electrical parameters of equipment (current etc) when loaded or not loaded
Assist for the Diagnosis and Analysis of Breakdown incidents in designated area
Assist in all activities related to Electrical & Instrumentation tasks in designated areas.
Handle shift activities like breakdown maintenance and take curative action for reduce breakdown and enter all activities in Daily log book.
Maintaining history register for designated areas
To ensure Health and safety guidelines are being followed
Other duties as assigned

Qualification
B.ENG/HND Electrical Engineering
10 years experience in similar role
