POSITION : Supply & Demand Manager

Qualification

  • B.Sc in Business or related degrees with MRP operational working experience
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience
  • Knowledge of supply chain management, planning and inventory tools & ERP System
  • Problem solving and commercial awareness
  • Risk Management
  • Team Leadership

Responsibilities

  • Lead the demand and supply management processes and ensure that they are in line with the agreed business targets.
  • Management of inventory (Finished goods and raw materials) ensuring adequate stock level at all times.
  • Capture, prioritize and analyze the Base Demand Plan of products using historical data, different variables and statistical tools techniques and information on market trends, competition, and the general economic environment for business planning/ development
  • Drive the S&OP yearly/monthly process by creating, calculating & modifying the Master Schedule
  • Supervision of the different shift production, capacity/schedules; local & overseas supplies of Finished goods, raw material, excipients and packaging materials
  • Facilitate the collection of data and loading of the monthly forecasts into the system.
  • Facilitate best practice sharing/standardized processes.
