Connig Technoserve a telecommunications and information technology services provider is recruiting to fill the position below:

POSITION : Single Point of Contact (SPOC)

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. Holder
  • Years of Experience: 1 Year
  • Must be residing around Victoria Island and Lekki axis

Duties

  • Represents the company in clients office
  • Must be a computer literate
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Excellent use of excel and PowerPoint
  • Interface with clients, project manager, supervisor and field engineer
  • Weekly report to the Service delivery manager
  • Resolve technical issues with team on the field
