Job Position Supervisor
You will be responsible to the Senior Supervisor in ensuring quality of service that is being delivered by Security Officers whilst on duty.You will also be responsible for carrying out a roll check on all Security Officer that are on duty in your area of responsibility in ensuring that they are well kitted and equipped with the necessary tools for their job. You must have an experience of working with a range of people in an operations environment as well as ability to perform at a level in line with senior manager expectations.
Job Position: Operations Inspector
You will be responsible to the Operations Manager for the execution of the duties and responsibilities as set out in this procedure. You will also be responsible for the provision of an effective and professional day-to-day supervision of all activities on site and ensuring customer demands and satisfaction are met and maintained consistently. You must have an experienced of delivering services in a large and complex clients focused and public organisation as well as managing significant change programmes.
