Audacious is Nigeria's fastest growing fashion retail organisation. The company retails female apparel (casual, business Casual, business) to the discerning woman.

Audacious currently has Ten outlets in different locations in Nigeria and plans to add more before the end of year 2018. We are very conscious of the importance of a convenient shopping experience for our clientele, this is why all our outlets are in the prime malls in the country.

Job Title: IT Support Officer


The Role

  • The purpose of the role is to monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the organization ensuring that they run smoothly and providing technical support and advice to computer users.

Responsibilities

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
  • Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
  • Maintaining records of software license
  • Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.

Requirements

  • 2-3 Years’ experience in IT field
  • Not more than 30 years old.
  • The candidate needed should be preferably Male with exception to outstanding Female

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Database Administration Skill and Knowledge and skill
  • Web and Desktop Programming Skills
  • Network Administration Skills
  • Technical skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • A logical, meticulous and methodical nature
  • Capable of working well under pressure
