With over 23 years of experience in the field of finance management, tailoring on lease, loans and investment offerings to meet the financial needs of their customers either on a long or short term.


Job Title: Senior Officer, Liability Generation 

Job Overview

  • The Senior Officer is saddled with the responsibility of ensuring availability of funds in the pool for Asset Creation as and when required.

Job Responsibilies

  • Responsible for driving the increase of deposit investments for the company.
  • Maintenance of Liability pool of the organization.
  • Assist with developing strategies to increase Liability pool of the organization.
  • Support the firm in identifying and securing new growth opportunities.
  • Responsible for alternative business strategies to address changing market opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years solid experience in Liability Generation (i.e. Deposit Mobilization) with Non-Bank Financial institutions, Microfinance banks etc.
  • First Degree in any discipline.
  • I.T proficiency.
  • Excellent Data management skills.
  • Professional Sales training.

  • Highly driven and passionate about sales.
