Job Title: Senior Officer, Liability Generation
Job Overview
- The Senior Officer is saddled with the responsibility of ensuring availability of funds in the pool for Asset Creation as and when required.
Job Responsibilies
- Responsible for driving the increase of deposit investments for the company.
- Maintenance of Liability pool of the organization.
- Assist with developing strategies to increase Liability pool of the organization.
- Support the firm in identifying and securing new growth opportunities.
- Responsible for alternative business strategies to address changing market opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years solid experience in Liability Generation (i.e. Deposit Mobilization) with Non-Bank Financial institutions, Microfinance banks etc.
- First Degree in any discipline.
- I.T proficiency.
- Excellent Data management skills.
- Professional Sales training.
