POSITION : ICT Officer (Part Time Position)
Qualifications
- B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Information Technology, Software Programming or Internet Engineering (minimum of 2.1).
- Professional qualifications (CCNA, CISCO) will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge and experience with software deployed in management and finance.
- At least four (4) years postgraduate work experience.
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
- Not more than 30 years.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and address the needs of employees on all IT-related matters.
- Protect data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary measures.
- Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and assist in user training.
- Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes in the IT infrastructure.
- Assess IT infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands.
- Manage daily IT related issues.
- Develop IT strategy and procedures to assure efficiency of workflows and improve customer satisfaction.
- Management of the firm’s website.
