POSITION : Operations Manager (Lounge)

 

‎Requirements

  • Must be a Graduate in any discipline and post NYSC
  • A positive upbeat personality is required
  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring guest reactions and confer frequently with service staff to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Must provide professional and courteous service at all times and ensure that all employees follow the example.
  • The ability to implement corporate policies, procedures, guidelines, traditions and initiatives is very key.
  • Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business.
  • Our Client seeks to recruit an Operations Manager immediately
  • This is open to either Male/Female applicants
  • This role requires someone with great experience in creating concepts.
  • The person must anticipate heavy business times and organise procedures to handle it effectively
