POSITION : Operations Manager (Lounge)
Requirements
- Must be a Graduate in any discipline and post NYSC
- A positive upbeat personality is required
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
Responsibilities
- Monitoring guest reactions and confer frequently with service staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Must provide professional and courteous service at all times and ensure that all employees follow the example.
- The ability to implement corporate policies, procedures, guidelines, traditions and initiatives is very key.
- Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business.
- Our Client seeks to recruit an Operations Manager immediately

- This role requires someone with great experience in creating concepts.
- The person must anticipate heavy business times and organise procedures to handle it effectively
