POSITION : Real Estate Manager

Qualifications

  • Experience : 10-20 years
  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering

Responsibilities

  • Assisting MD, CRED in any Civil related activities in Lagos.
  • Independently handling properties in Lagos - End to end.
  • Liaising with the clients for customer interfacing to ensure proper maintenance of the property
  • Close monitoring of the immovable property leasing activity.
  • Understanding all Civil/Technical Drawings, specifications and implications in Civil works.
