POSITION : Real Estate Manager
Qualifications
- Experience : 10-20 years
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
Responsibilities
- Assisting MD, CRED in any Civil related activities in Lagos.
- Independently handling properties in Lagos - End to end.
- Liaising with the clients for customer interfacing to ensure proper maintenance of the property
- Close monitoring of the immovable property leasing activity.
- Understanding all Civil/Technical Drawings, specifications and implications in Civil works.
