It has a chequered history of being a company with close attention to relationships, having started operations as a direct motor insurance company. Soon the relationship developed to a stage where it has established a deep relationship with the brokers’ network in Nigeria, enjoying 80% of its current business from this source.


Job Title: Agency Unit Manager (Sales)


Job Description

  • The role is primarily commission based but will get a basic allowance in addition to commission and performances based incentives every two weeks . Career growth should be expected. Responsibilities
  • Agency Unit Manager is a job for competent and versatile individual with a super drive to succeed and manage a team towards success.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates must be a graduate from any Discipline.
  • 5 years and above sales experience, 3 years of which must be in Insurance Sales.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Drive to succeed
  • B.Sc /HND qualifications.
  • Not younger than 31 years of age.
  • Preferably Ladies and Victoria island Residents
