Job Title: Export Documentation Assistant

Location: Nigeria

Job Description
We are looking for young, dynamic, smart, intelligent, proactive person who possesses the following:

Basic Knowledge of Import Procedure:

  • Processing of Form M on Nigerian Single Window
  • Checking the draft LCs and Understanding the process of LC establishment/Amendments
  • Checking of shipping documents
  • Processing of PAAR

Liaison with Banks for :

  • LC establishment/amendments follow up
  • LC payments
  • Follow up for release of shipping documents
  • Follow up of PAAR
  • Duty payments and receipts
  • Release of shipping documents to clearing agents
  • Proficiency in microsoft excel is necessary.
