POSITION : Internal Communication Lead

Requirements:

• A B.Sc in Mass Communication, English, Public Relations or any related course
• A Postgraduate degree in Communication or any any related course
• An MBA is an added advantage
• Relationship building skills
• Stakeholder management skills
• Business acumen
• Strong knowledge of media and communication tools and channels
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of timely and effective communications throughout the Dangote
• Provide support to respective Directors in the development and distribution of functional communication to the business
• Develop feedback channels to promote transparence and cross communication within the organisation
• Assist the Head of Media & Corporate Cmmunications in the development and delivery of the internal communications strategy.
• Prepare all internal Communication material, and distribute to the business through identified channels and media
• Act as a first point of contact regarding internal communication and manage the implementation of communication processes and procedures throughout the business
• Maintain the required company image and brand through effective communication control
• Develop an understanding and awareness of the internal communication needs within Dangote
