POSITION : Senior Human Resources Manager
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least 10 years Human Resource Management experience from manufacturing companies.
- He/She must be versed in Nigerian Labour Laws, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Recruitment and Payroll Administration.
- An advanced Degree and professional qualifications would be an added advantage.
- Candidate must be aged less than 45yrs.
- Candidates must be with high level of dedication and passion for excellence.
- They must be leaders capable of leading people, driving the vision of the board and exceeding targets, goals and objectives.
- They must be entrepreneurial and self-motivated.
- They must be ready to be interviewed in the headquarter of the company in Onitsha.
- Candidates must be graduates.
- Computer skills is very essential.
