POSITION : Technical Support Executive
Qualifications
- B.Sc/HND in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information & Communication Technology.
- CPN, CISCO,ITL Certifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar capacity which should include experience in handling the following tasks:
- Project management
- Presales and Research & Development
- Technical Proposal / business case development – Solution Architecturing
- Network administration
- Customer support
- Application support: Account, Mail and other application support
- Proficient with Visio

- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications
