Job Responsibilities

•     Provide construction engineering support to shop floor staff.
•     Multi-discipline co-ordination.
•     Monitor and co-ordinate subcontract work packages.
•     Requisition and issue of construction materials.
•     Prepare site instructions for changes and variations.
•     Prepare technical queries for discrepancies when an on site resolution cant be agreed.

Qualifications

•     Bachelors Degree in a recognised engineering discipline.
•     For test pack engineer previous experience in test package preparation for industrial plant or refinery is a must.
•     Knowledge of offshore construction practices, structural, piping, mechanical, E&I.
•     Able to plan and schedule work and understand and read construction schedules.
•     Good command of English both verbal and written.
•     Good communication and interpersonal skills, needs to be a team player.
•     Minimum of 2 years direct experience in construction engineering support preferably in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
•     Good negotiating and problem solving skills.
