Citec Engineering Limited - A Group of developers, architectural and engineering planners with the vision to take real estate development in Nigeria to world class level, Requires for immediate employment, a suitably qualified candidate to fill the following vacancy.

Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

Location: Abuja

Main Areas of Responsibility

  •     Management of the MD diary and appointments
  •     Help MD manage output, workflow and deadlines
  •     Liaise with relevant individuals, external organizations etc., to arrange meetings, prepare agenda
  •     Maintain a comprehensive reporting system.
  •     Co-ordinate MD’s travel in conjunction with in-house travel group
  •     Tabulate and retrieve MD official expenditures and claims
  •     Undertake any other duties as requested by the MD


Requirements

  •     A Bachelors degree from a reputable University
  •     Well presented & Highly personable
  •     Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised
  •     Must be Trustworthy
  •     Must be Married with Family
  •     Must Reside In Abuja.
  •     A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar capacity
  •     Excellent computer skills, speed and accuracy essential (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of graphics useful
  •     Excellent organizational skills
  •     Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  •     Professional telephone manners
  •     Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  •     Bright, confident personality


Remuneration
Remuneration is N840,000 and above per year, depending on candidates experience.
