We are recruiting to fill the below position of:

Job Title: IT Support Personnel

Location: Abuja

Job Description

•     IT Help Desk rendering end user support.
•     Good costumer relation skills.
•     Setting up new users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
•     Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time;
•    Ability to Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
•     Monitor and maintain computer systems and network.
•     Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
•     Applicants must be willing to work in northern part of the country (Borno, Jigawa, Yobe, Taraba, Kano, Bauchi, Katsina, Adamawa).
