POSITION : Customer Care Maanger

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of NOC operation.
  • Must be actively be involved in Customer Care operations
  • Presently lead the NOC Team in an ISP/Telecom Sector
  • Acquainted with many CRM software and tools
  • Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline
