POSITION : Business Development Manager (Real Estate)

Requirements

• B.Sc in a related course.
• MBA/M.Sc in a related course will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years experience working as a sales manager in a reputable property firm
• Knowledge of purchase process.
• 7 years experience in real estate market with verifiable achievements.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Preference: female

Responsibilities

• Create and negotiate the terms of commercial or residential sale or lease of properties.
• Supervise and train sales team.
• Maintain expense records, set budget limits, develop costsaving strategies and prepare financial statements.
• Oversee facilities management.
• Create property operations budgets.
