POSITION : Project Administrator

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of Quantity Surveying or Project Management.
• Have ability to prepare contracts document, bills and tendering in construction industry. Ability to prepare bill of quantity will be an added advantage
• Have minimum of 5 years experience in tendering and bill preparation for contract purposes

POSITION : Real Estate Manager

Requirements

• Must be a Degree holder in relevant discipline. Additional qualifications will be added advantage
• Have adequate knowledge of Real Estate Marketing and must be able to prepared tender and bills for contract purposes
• Have minimum of 5 years experience in Real Estate Marketing and preparation of bills and tenders for contract purposes.

POSITION : Civil Engineer

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of Civil Engineering and additional qualifications will be added advantages
• Have minimum of 5 years experience in civil and Structural Engineering, ability to use structural software such as Orion and Prota will be an added advantages

POSITION  : Quantity Surveyor

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of Quantity Surveying
• Minimum of 5 years working experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Have minimum of Second Class Upper
