We are looking for top flight professionals in our Lagos office.

Job Title: Human Resources Officers

Location: Lagos

Job Details
The candidates must have a clear understanding of the strategic importance of human resources and should have the ability to provide support to the Human Resource Manager

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates:

  • Must possess a Bachelor of Arts or Science degree. A Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management will be an added advantage
  • Must have at least 3 years post qualification work experience in a reputable institution.
  • Must have the knowledge and understanding in handling and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Should be a qualified HR professional with certification by relevant professional institute
  • Should not be more than 30 years
  • Should have strong background and knowledge in all key human resource management and development domains
  • Must have high computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Must have good interpersonal skills, be a team player, be able to work with little or no supervision and have good writing, analytical and communication skills.
