Job Title: Account Officer, Payable

Job Objectives

Provides support to overseeing the timely and accurate accounts payable processing of invoices, cheque request, and refund requests.

Financial Planning and management.
Financial accounting and reporting.
Tax planning and management.
Treasury management.
Management accounting.
Credit control.
Accounting software usage (SAP).

Education & Experience

B.Sc/HND in Accounting
2-3 year's cognate post qualification experience with knowledge of SAP an added advantage.
Working knowledge of local automobile or manufacturing industry as added advantage.

Job Title: Account Officer, Fixed Assets

Job Division/Department/Unit: Finance Division

Job Level/Grade: Officer

Reports To: Head, Financial Accounts & Reporting

Job Objectives

To provide support in recording the total cost of newly-acquired fixed assets, tracking existing fixed assets, running monthly depreciation and monthly reconciliation of the balances in the fixed assets general ledger.

Financial accounting and reporting.
Tax planning and management.
Treasury management.
Management accounting.
Credit control.
Accounting software usage (SAP).

Education & Experience

BSc/HND in Accounting.
2-3 year's cognate post qualification experience with knowledge of SAP an added advantage.
Working knowledge of local automobile or manufacturing industry as added advantage.

Job Title: Senior Audit & Risk Management Officer

Ref: SARMO052018

Reports To: Head, Audit & Risk Management

Job Objectives

To support the Head, Audit & Risk Management in identifying and managing all threats to the achievement of PAN's business objectives.

Key Job Responsibilities

Risk management
Risk assessment
Internal controls
Corporate governance & compliance
Information systems security
Knowledge of Accounting Software

Education & Experience

BSc/HND in Accounting with ACA, ACCA certification an added advantage.
3+ years of cognate post qualification experience in a similar role.
Working knowledge of local automobile industry as added advantage.

Job Title: Customer Account Officer

Job Level/Grade: Officer

Reports To: Head, Treasury

Job Objectives

Provides support to overall sales effectiveness by implementing credit control processes through extension of credit to customers who are deemed a good credit risk, and minimizing risk of loss from bad debts by restricting or denying credit to customers who are not a good credit risk.

Financial accounting and reporting

Treasury management
Management accounting
Credit control

Education & Experience

B.Sc/HND in Accounting.
2-3 year's cognate post qualification experience and 2 years working experience in Debt Collection/Prevention would be an added advantage.
Working knowledge of local automobile or manufacturing industry as added advantage.
Reviews all customer applications for credit and evaluates customers' creditworthiness using standard appraisal instrument in line with organizational policy.
