HELPDESK SUPPORT OFFICERS

• B,SC/H.ND/OND in computer science/computer engineering/electrical electronics engineering and any related discipline.
• Knowledge of windows 7, Microsoft office applications
• One year experience in an IT firm and good knowledge/experience of IT Solutions and services.
• Certifications in A+,MCP,N+,ITIL an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Willingness to work anywhere in the country and travel at short notice
